We value your personal information and privacy. This policy explains how 一念仙 processes relevant information when providing accounts, device connectivity, health displays, and intelligent companionship services.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may process WeChat sign-in identifiers, profile information you provide, bracelet device information, connection status, health and activity data, exercise records, conversation content, and necessary operational logs.
2. Sensitive personal information
Health-related information such as heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, stress, and mood records may constitute sensitive personal information. We process it only to provide the corresponding features and after obtaining the necessary authorization, with stricter access controls and security measures.
3. Device permissions
Connecting a bracelet may require Bluetooth permission. Voice, avatar, or file features may require access to the microphone, camera, photos, or files. We will explain the purpose when you use the relevant feature. You can manage permissions in your system settings.
4. How we use information
Relevant information is primarily used for identity verification, device connectivity and synchronization, health trend displays, personalized exercises and AI companionship, troubleshooting, account security, and improving the service experience. It will not be used for purposes unrelated to the services you choose.
5. Sharing and entrusted processing
We do not sell your personal information. To support necessary capabilities such as sign-in, cloud services, speech, or content processing, service providers subject to restrictions may process information within the minimum necessary scope, except as otherwise provided by law.
6. Storage and security
We retain information for a reasonable period needed to provide the service. We use measures such as access controls, transmission protection, and log audits to reduce the risks of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
7. Your rights
As provided by law, you may access, correct, or delete relevant information, withdraw nonessential permissions, manage notifications and memory content, or request account closure. Withdrawing authorization does not affect processing previously carried out under valid authorization.
8. Protection of minors
This product is primarily intended for adults. If you are under 18, use the service only after your guardian has read and agreed to the relevant rules. We will take the measures required by law to protect minors’ information.
